Make sure you are purchasing the correct item(s). Feel free to send an email if you have questions about an item's color, length, texture, style, etc. before purchasing. We are not responsible for you purchasing the wrong item or you simply not liking an item.

We will issue an exchange ONLY in the event a wrong item was shipped due to our error. We will be happy to exchange the item for the corrected ordered item ONLY! 
In this instance we will mail you a return label to return the incorrect item(s).

No exchange will be shipped until the item(s) are received back in the store. The item must be in the same condition as it was shipped. 

An exchange request must be made by phone or email within 5 business days of receiving the order. We will require a photo to be sent to proof the error was made.
